Marketing 2.0 (clip)

The application of ICT in marketing is a rapidly developing field. New communication modes and styles open up new opportunities for companies to involve their target audience in the development and marketing of their products and services. How do organizations anticipate on these new opportunities? Research shows an increasing interest in developments like web 2.0 and crowdsourcing, but only few companies really integrate the new communication channels in their marketing and development strategies. Next to technological and organizational issues, there are psychological and relational hurdles to be taken.
Our research is aimed at developing the ability of small and medium enterprises to innovate their marketing with the interaction opportunities that web 2.0 offers.
